The Runaway Assistance Program (R.A.P.), a initiative dedicated to helping families to locate, rescue and return runaway and missing and exploited children to their homes, facilities, and any other location designated by the appropriate Courts, to create, organize, operate and direct a group of dedicated professionals providing necessary resources effort in the location, rescue, return, and intervention, to gather evidence for prosecution of individual(s) that may be responsible for the exploitation, missing/runaway status or any other criminal activity associated with the missing child, the investigative branch of this organization will be comprised of former law enforcement personal having at least (10) years experience and have the necessary license (credentials) to perform such duties, to help the child reunite with their family, housing, guidance and direction, to help with psychological support needed and to develop the character necessary to make ethical and moral choices, to coordinate and establish needed examples of leadership and community outreach partnerships. To coordinate efforts with mental health professionals and institutions to make sure each child is evaluated and gets necessary treatment, before being released back to society, therefore preventing repeated runaway episodes. To work to change law’s pertaining to runaway children and to establish “Patricia’s Law” in all states.
